Part Sales Executive to join a Main Dealer in Hampstead

Ā£30k basic (DOE) Ā£33,750 OTE Annually

Monday-Friday 8am-6pm every other sat 8am-1pmĀ 

Purpose of job:
To achieve allocated sales targets, develop and maintain long term relationships with customers, and provide expert knowledge, advice and support to customers. Professionally represent the brand and be a brand championĀ 

Selling
ā€¢ Achieve personal target KPIā€˜s and revenue objectives with target customer sets
ā€¢ Accurately identify parts to meet the customer sales requirements
ā€¢ Utilise all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set
ā€¢ Identify and exploit all upsell opportunities thereby growing overall sales figures
ā€¢ Maintain own knowledge levels on new or updated parts through the completion ofĀ 
appropriate training courses and reading information from bulletins, catalogues, partsĀ 
updates, special offers, recalls etc.
ā€¢ Ensure you are adequately trained and understand the Unique Selling PropositionĀ 
brand, the ā€œFeatures and Benefitsā€ of the product range especially the genuine v nongenuine aspect, and how to overcome sales objections
ā€¢ Record and feedback lost sales opportunities to the Sales Manager

Customer:
Ensure you provide a high level of customer service at all timesĀ 
ā€¢ Be aware and always aim to improve the Customer Satisfaction scoring for yourCentre
ā€¢ Build strong relationships with your clients by making relevant and regular contact withthem on the phone and via face to face visitsĀ 
ā€¢ Provide a high level of service to customers - through understanding their requirements, responding to requests, progressing orders and providing expert advice
ā€¢ Where applicable, ensure that trade customers that visit the Centre are dealt with efficiently and quicklyĀ 
ā€¢ Identify and record customer delivery requirements and communicate to the rest of the Centre teamĀ 

Experience and Knowledge
ā€¢ Previous experience in a parts or distribution operation involving regular telephone contact with retail or trade customers or experience of selling in a fast paced and/or telesales environmentĀ 
ā€¢ Ability to build strong and trusting relationshipsĀ 
ā€¢ Ability to relate well to others and work as part of a teamĀ 
ā€¢ Excellent communication skills and telephone mannerĀ 
ā€¢ Good IT skills
ā€¢Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keepingĀ
