. Partner Alliance & Marketing ManagerAbout the Role:Drive significant growth through strategic alliances with key technology partners (Google, Salesforce, Databricks, and Microsoft) in the UK. You will be responsible for cultivating strong partner relationships, developing joint business plans, and executing impactful co-marketing initiatives to generate revenue and build brand awareness. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partner Management: Build and nurture deep relationships with key stakeholders across Google, Salesforce, Databricks, and Microsoft (Partner Account Executives, Channel Managers, and UK Executive Leadership).
  • Joint Business Development: Collaborate with partner AEs to create and implement joint business plans focused on mutual revenue growth, including target account identification, joint value proposition development, and co-marketing strategy.
  • Revenue Acceleration: Drive revenue through collaborative selling efforts with partners, actively engaging on opportunities, facilitating customer introductions, and managing joint deal registrations.
  • Partner Enablement: Deliver effective training and enablement programs to partner AEs on our services, while also developing a strong understanding of their offerings and go-to-market strategies.
  • Co-Marketing Execution: Partner with marketing teams to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns (webinars, events, content, social media) to generate leads and enhance brand visibility for both organisations, ensuring consistent co-branding and messaging.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and report on key partner performance metrics (revenue, deal registrations, customer satisfaction, partner scorecard, brand awareness) on a quarterly basis.
  • Effective Communication & Collaboration: Maintain consistent communication with partners and internal teams to ensure alignment and address any challenges proactively.
  • Agreement Support: Assist in the administration and management of partner agreements, ensuring adherence to legal and business requirements.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed on partner ecosystem trends and the competitive landscape to identify new collaboration and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience & Skills:

  • Experience using partner management tools and programs.
  • Proven track record of building brand awareness within the UK technology sector.
  • Demonstrated success in establishing and nurturing strategic relationships.
  • Strong ability to drive revenue growth through partner collaborations.
  • In-depth understanding of the UK technology market.
  • Experience in channel sales or partner management roles.
  • Existing network within Google, Salesforce, Databricks, and Microsoft partner organisations.
  • Deep understanding of the product offerings of these key partners.
  • Excellent relationship-building, analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
