Our client is looking for 2 Partner Development Manager to take their business to another level.

Responsibilities for this Partner Development Manager role

  • Manage a set of partners, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring their continued engagement with the clients service/product
  • Drive joint go-to-market strategies to increase customer acquisition and growth
  • Build effective relationships with partners to ensure alignment on priorities and goals
  • Contribute to partner new client acquisition strategy, leveraging the clients product/service channels and assets
  • Drive new service offerings in partnership with key partners
  • Develop training and enablement materials and deliver sales enablement to managed partners
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to improve partner engagement and performance
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure customer success, onboarding, and support
  • Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendation

Basic Qualifications required for this Partner Development Manager role

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships and business development, preferably in a SaaS or related industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Passionate about driving partner engagement and growth
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actionsSkills for this Partner Development Manager role

Preferred Qualifications required for this Partner Development Manager role

  • Familiarity with Martech, Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Agency ecosystems
