Position Overview:

The Partner Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to drive growth and engagement with our partners. This role requires a dynamic individual who can build strong relationships with partners, understand their needs, and create co-marketing programs that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive partner marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive mutual growth.
    • Identify and prioritize marketing opportunities with partners.
  2. Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns and programs with partners.
    • Manage co-branded marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, events, and content creation.
  3. Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
    • Act as the primary marketing point of contact for partners, providing them with marketing support and resources.
  4. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the sales, product, and marketing teams to align partner marketing activities with overall business objectives.
    • Collaborate with partners to develop joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
  5. Performance Tracking:
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of partner marketing campaigns.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on the effectiveness of partner marketing activities.
  6. Content Creation:
    • Develop marketing materials and content to support partner programs, including brochures, case studies, whitepapers, and social media content.
    • Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.
  7. Event Coordination:
    • Plan and coordinate partner events, webinars, and trade shows.
    • Manage event logistics, partner participation, and post-event follow-up.
  • Experience Required:
    • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partner or channel marketing.
    • Proven track record of developing and managing successful marketing campaigns with partners.
