Location: London (3 days in office, 2 days remote)Contract Duration: 3 monthsRate: £300 a day ( Inside IR35 )

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Performance Client Manager to join the team for a 3-month contract, starting in January. In this role, you will manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the tech space, particularly with large-scale clients, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

As the Performance Client Manager, you will act as the right hand to the Performance Marketing Manager, overseeing the end-to-end journey of campaigns and ensuring smooth processes. This role requires a strong focus on campaign management, reporting, budget control, and team development, with a key emphasis on search and social campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management (50%)

  • Manage performance marketing campaigns, acting as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and communication.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and deliver successful campaigns.
  • Oversee the execution and optimisation of search and social media campaigns, ensuring they meet targets and expectations.

Campaign Management (20%)

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of campaigns from activation through to reporting.
  • Work across campaign and process management, ensuring campaigns are running smoothly and on time.
  • Manage and execute performance-driven campaigns across search (PPC) and social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Linked-In, etc.).
  • Report on the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.

Team Support and Development (30%)

  • Mentor and support team members, helping to develop their skills and ensuring they meet objectives.
  • Provide guidance and feedback on performance and career development.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, ensuring alignment with client goals.

Other Duties

  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring that spending is tracked and optimised to deliver maximum ROI.
  • Provide regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all campaigns meet performance targets and objectives for clients.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Several years of experience in the tech space, particularly managing large tech clients (preferably international experience).
  • Strong hands-on experience with performance marketing, particularly in search (PPC) and social campaigns.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering successful digital marketing campaigns across Google platforms.
  • Deep understanding of Google Stack, including Google Ads, Google Analytic, and related tools.
  • Ability to manage budgets and report on the end-to-end campaign journey.
  • Experience in process management, campaign execution, and optimisation.
  • Strong client management skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to support and develop teams, acting as a mentor and leader.
