Your new companyI have exclusively partnered with a luxury retail brand known for their quality pieces, innovation, and unmatched customer experience. They have a few stores in London, with a big presence in the US too, through mainly wholesale operations. However, their site and Ecomm function of the business is their largest source of income. They are going through a really exciting period of growth, where they have doubled in growth year-on-year for the past 3 years. This is a stimulating opportunity for an experienced digital marketeer to join a fast-paced business at a really exciting time in their journey.Your new roleThey are seeking a skilled Performance / Digital Marketing Manager to lead their digital marketing efforts during a pivotal growth phase, for a 6-month period. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid social, paid search, display, and affiliate marketing strategies. This role requires a results-driven individual who can analyse performance metrics, optimise campaigns, and drive customer acquisition and retention in a luxury retail context.- Strategy Development: Design and implement performance marketing strategies across paid social, paid search, display, and affiliate channels to meet brand objectives.- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and luxury market positioning.- Analytics & Reporting: Analyse campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI. Prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders.
