Performance Marketing Manager | Premium Ladieswear Brand | London/Hybrid | Up to £70k Basic

Zachary Daniels Recruitment are delighted to be partnered with this gorgeous, premium ladieswear brand, on the appointment of a Performance Marketing Manager. This role is critical in elevating our clients brand, whilst driving growth within the fashion landscape.

The Performance Marketing Manager based in Central London will be responsible for leading and executing paid, Google Ads and digital marketing strategies to ultimately drive customer acquisition and brand growth.

Day to day responsibilities in the position of Performance Marketing Manager for our client based in Central London will include:

  • Lead and optimise paid social campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and Google Ads to enhance brand awareness and drive conversions.
  • Improve customer acquisition costs, conversion rates and overall digital performance through implementing performance-driven marketing strategies
  • Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and shopping ads, ensuring they align with the overall brand strategy and drive high-quality traffic.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure marketing content reflects brand vision and resonates with target audiences.
  • Leverage data insights to refine campaigns, focusing on effective branding and messaging to increase customer engagement.
  • Develop and manage a full-funnel marketing strategy to guide customers from awareness to conversion and loyalty.
  • Monitor and manage marketing budgets, optimising spend to achieve the highest possible ROI.
  • Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights and recommendations to adjust marketing strategies.

To be considered for the position of Performance Marketing Manager for our client based in Central London, you will offer:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid social advertising and Google Ads, ideally within the fashion, retail, or ecommerce sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving growth through data-driven digital marketing strategies, with a strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
  • Deep expertise in managing paid social campaigns across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest, as well as proficiency in Google Ads management.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other data platforms.
  • Experience working collaboratively with creative teams to ensure digital content aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
  • Ability to manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient use of resources.
  • Proficient in SEO best practices and understanding of how to drive organic traffic growth.
