Job Title: Performance Marketing Account Manager

Location: Anywhere with WiFi & Good Vibes (Hybrid/London-based)

About Us:

We’re an independent agency that’s small enough to stay nimble but mighty enough to shake up the industry. We live and breathe performance marketing, paid media, and all things digital, and we’re looking for someone who can juggle strategy, creativity, and client relationships like a pro.

The Role:

We need a Performance Marketing Account Manager who knows their ROAS from their ROI, can craft killer paid media strategies, and keep clients happy while making their campaigns fly. If you love data-driven decision-making, thrive in a fast-paced (but fun) environment, and can manage clients without breaking a sweat, we should talk.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing client relationships like a true marketing maestro - keeping them happy, informed, and coming back for more.
  • Executing and optimizing paid media strategies across platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and beyond.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations to improve results.
  • Collaborating with our creative and content teams to make sure the right message meets the right audience at the right time.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and updates (because the algorithm gods are ever-changing).
  • Assisting in mentoring junior team members and supporting their growth.
  • Reporting back on KPIs with insights that go beyond "the numbers look good."

What You Bring to the Party:

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital advertising.
  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach—you're as comfortable in the weeds of campaign optimization as you are in client meetings.
  • Strong client servicing skills—think part strategist, part therapist, and part magician.
  • Deep knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their ever-evolving intricacies.
  • A love for data, analytics, and performance metrics—you know how to turn insights into action.
  • Experience managing budgets, hitting KPIs, and making campaigns shine.
  • A passion for independent agencies and the drive to help us grow!

What’s In It For You?

  • A fun, collaborative, and no-BS work culture.
  • The opportunity to shape strategies for exciting brands.
  • Flexible working arrangements—remote, hybrid, or agency HQ.
  • Plenty of learning & development opportunities.
  • A team that celebrates wins (big and small) with enthusiasm (and sometimes cake).
