Do you have an analytical mindset, love working with data and Excel and have the ability to create engaging new campaign ads? Do you have in-house multi-channel performance marketing experience encompassing paid media (Google Ads, Bing and Meta/Facebook) and affiliate marketing? Key responsibilities of the Performance Marketing Manager:

· Implement and manage in-house paid media activities (Google Ads and Meta/Facebook) and campaigns across the UK

· Develop campaign content roadmaps alongside the creative and tech teams.

· Responsible for optimisation of all paid media

· Regular reporting on and analysis of acquisition marketing campaigns

· Drive and integrated marketing strategy and deliver on GMV, CAC and ROI targets

Requirements of the Performance Marketing Manager:

· Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in multi-channel performance marketing/digital marketing

· Specialism in Google Ads, Bing and Meta/Facebook - PMax/Performance Max experience is essential

· Strong Excel abilities and data and analytics skills

· Extensive experience on UK campaigns (international experience is an advantage)

· Able to work with in a sole role, proactive, adaptable and naturally hardworking
