Job Title: Planning and Strategy Manager - B2B Tech

Location: London (2 days in office)

Salary: Up to £75K + amazing bens + growth opportunities

Role:

I am partnering exclusively with a leading global marketing agency specialising in B2B tech. They collaborate with some of the world's top technology brands, delivering solutions in demand generation, ABM, data intelligence, and event management. As they continue to expand their market presence, they're looking for a hands-on Planning and Strategy Manager to take the lead in strategising and planning for their senior clients across EMEA and NAM regions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead the creation of go-to-market strategies that connect brand, digital, media, and data - ensuring plans are creatively engaging and performance-led.
  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing programmes that align media, ABM content, and digital efforts to engage audiences throughout the buying journey.
  • Drive demand generation by aligning sales and marketing through targeted GTM strategies that address both lead conversion and enablement needs.
  • Use analytics, intent data, and market intelligence to refine targeting, messaging, and the overall channel approach.
  • Serve as a strategic partner across internal teams, helping shape insight-driven, full-funnel solutions tailored to client challenges.
  • Translate audience research into actionable segmentation, personas, and buyer journey mapping based on industry, role, pain points, and behaviour.
  • Champion data-led thinking across teams, particularly in media, to enhance insight generation and deliver clear, full-funnel performance reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure marketing role (must-have B2B tech agency experience with GTM or integrated campaign expertise)
  • Skilled at both strategy and planning, but more on the planning side with multichannel campaign execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft and lead end-to-end GTM strategies that encompass positioning, messaging, and commercial objectives.
  • Comfortable navigating performance data, uncovering insights, and transforming them into actionable, results-driven recommendations.
  • Strong cross-functional background, collaborating across media, content, ABM, digital, and data teams to drive cohesive marketing plans.
  • Understanding of the B2B tech landscape within enterprise environments.
  • Experience in client engagement and relationship management.
  • Adept at managing multiple planning workstreams or complex projects in high-pressure, fast-moving environments.
