This role forms part of the Content Operations Team and is responsible for the inception of digital demand, liaising with product owners and digital delivery managers to ensure that the demand is either accepted, backlogged or rejected accordingly. You will play a pivotal role in triaging a high throughput of requests including assessing emergency demand for urgent review. You will ensure all requests contain adequate information to progress i.e. a workable/understandable brief and a good description of the request and associated timelines. This is a key role that requires excellent stakeholder management, high levels of initiative, problem solving and prioritisation skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:* Triage and Process Digital Demand: Assess incoming digital requests, prioritising them based on size, complexity, and urgency. Ensure clear, actionable briefs and well-defined timelines.* Stakeholder Support and Training: Guide and educate stakeholders on the demand process, ensuring a clear understanding of the end-to-end journey.* Prioritisation Forums: Run forums to assess and challenge prioritisation, ensuring requests are aligned with business objectives and resource availability.* Resource Optimisation and Reporting: Optimise resource utilisation and ensure timely reporting of KPIs and other key metrics to track performance and drive efficiency.* Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to eliminate inefficiencies, automate workflows, and optimise the demand management process to support a world-class digital change capability.* Risk and Compliance Management: Ensure all activities adhere to policies and external regulatory requirements, maintaining a strong control environment.
Stakeholder Management and Leadership:* Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams, ensuring requests are actioned and stakeholders are kept informed.* Play a key role in establishing the Content Operations Team as a centre of excellence.* Demonstrate our clients values and behaviours, promoting a positive and high-performance culture.
Essential Skills & Experience:* Proven experience using marketing technology tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront) or similar enterprise management systems.* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, able to handle multiple high-priority requests.* Experience in demand management, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement.* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimise processes.* Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage client and senior stakeholder expectations.
Desirable Skills & Experience:* Experience working with large corporate websites or digital platforms.* Degree educated and/or relevant digital /marketing qualifications are a plus.* A passion for digital transformation and continuous improvement in process and capabilities.
