Working closely with our Account Manager and Strategic Solutions Manager, you'll be the voice of our clients, nurturing trusted partnerships and aligning our IT solutions to their unique business needs. In this role you will be the leader of a close-knit, cohesive team, with the purpose of nurturing trusted partnerships and aligning IT solutions to the unique business needs of external clients. This role would suit a Service Desk Manager looking to have the freedom to be creative and directly contribute to the success of a company working on exciting IT projects where no two days are the same.THE ROLE:

  • Build Partnerships: Develop strong, enduring relationships with key stakeholders across client organisations.
  • Consult and Strategise: Translate client requirements into actionable solutions tailored to their goals.
  • Advocate for Clients: Represent external client priorities within the business framework , ensuring their needs drive business decisions.
  • Grow Accounts: Drive contract renewals, uncover cross-selling opportunities, and enhance client investment in our services.
  • Elevate Service Delivery: Collect feedback and collaborate with internal teams to continually improve our service quality.
  • Lead Marketing Engagements: Partner with the Marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns and business updates.

THE PERSON:

  • IT Service desk, account manager or similar
  • Experience Business to Business Technology account management
  • IT Managed services and client side experience
  • Exposure to Marketing campaigns
