We are seeking Pricing & Product Manager to lead on the data insight and analysis to make recommendations that will enhance the pricing, product mix and ultimately performance.

Description
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager as Pricing & Product Manager you will be responsible for but not limited to this key activity:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies across the product range based on a broad range of data sources from customer to market.
- Analyse market trends and competitor mix to ensure product relevance and competitiveness.
- Work across cross-functional teams to gather insight and also present findings and make recommendations
- Build a range of monthly reports to present to key stakeholder groups.
- Support the development of the business case for new products.
- Continuously monitor and review product performance and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
Profile
The candidate that secures the Pricing & Product Manager will be able to evidence a range of skills and attributes including:
- Being curious, with a passion for data analysis that provides relevant insights and recommendations to deliver product improvements and increases customer satisfaction
- A demonstrable track record in forecasting and building insight based on customer data & behaviour
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and present in a clear and impactful style.
- Excellent analytical and planning skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence.
- An appreciation for a regulated product/service is an advantage
- Happy to work Hybrid - 3 days office based
