We’re looking for a Data Product Manager as we rip up the old and create a new customer journey and proposition, delivering real value through technology.

  • How can we harness data as we transform how we put the customer first?
  • How can we drive value and impact through innovation and efficiently delivering our customer data?
  • What are the right tools and infrastructure we need to leverage this data and allow the users to iterate quickly on data driven decisions?
  • How do we ensure the quality of the data that drives decision making?

Joining our Data Engineering team and reporting directly to the VP Product Management for the Customer Experience product solutions, this is a unique opportunity to shape how data products drive personalised customer experiences and enable stronger relationships with our shoppers.

A brand new role and key to our growth plans, the role offers you the chance to immerse yourself in the fast-moving world of Marketing Technology, harnessing data & AI to drive analytics, decision-making, and personalised activations.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • You will lead the delivery and evolution of data products that empower teams in Digital Marketing, Website, Insight & Analytics, and Personalisation.
  • Advocate for the value of data-driven decision-making within the organisation, demonstrating how data products can enhance marketing strategies and customer experiences.
  • Shape the vision and strategy for customer data products, aligning it with broader business goals.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across our channels, including Digital Marketing, Analytics, and Website teams, to understand their needs and align data product strategies accordingly.
  • Use data and stakeholder feedback to evolve and improve existing products.

Experience | skills we need:

The experienced Data Product Manager, you’ll ideally have expertise in driving data products and solutions within Marketing and/or customer experience.

Key qualifications include:

  • Marketing Technology and Customer Data: Experience working with tools such as Google Analytics, SA360, and Salesforce to support marketing strategies.
  • Agile Frameworks: Hands-on experience working within an Agile environment, including backlog management and iterative delivery.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Evidence of leveraging data insights to shape strategies and measure outcomes.
  • Data Modelling Concepts: Understanding of ETL pipelines, dimensional modelling, or schema design principles.
  • Reporting and Analytics Tools: Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms.
