- Define roadmap for the driver loyalty app in alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing, design, development and engineering, and analytics teams, to refine requirements and ensure alignment on priorities.
- Conduct market research and gather user feedback to identify key features and enhancements that meet the needs of the target audience.
- Create and maintain a prioritised product backlog, ensuring that key tasks are well-defined and actionable.
- Collaborate with the development team in Agile ceremonies such as final stage sprint planning and daily stand-ups to deliver high-quality, incremental improvements.
- Partner with marketing and operations teams to plan and execute a successful Go To Market strategy, app launch, including beta testing and post-launch iterations.
- A Product Owner / Product Manager with 3+ years of experience in web / mobile projects
- Proven track record of managing product launches and go-to-market strategies
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies & tools
- Analytical capabilities to assess market performance and adjust strategies accordingly, results oriented, with proven ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business goals into actionable GTM plans.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
