A Global technology company, known for their iconic products are looking for an experienced Product Manager to work on e-commerce projects for their global online store and app.
This role will focus on optimising the current experience, and driving innovation to create best-in-class shopping experiences. A strong understanding of Fintech / financial transactions are key for this role as well as demonstrable experience of working in global e-commerce.
Please note this role will be working across up to 3 timezones so candidates will need to have flexibility to work varying hours.
This is an initial 6 month contract and will based in the London office 3 days a week, with 2 wfh. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
Role OverviewLead the strategic vision and development of seamless shopping experiences for the Online store. Drive key growth initiatives, manage end-to-end planning, and develop multi-year business plans to meet growth and revenue targets while enhancing existing e-commerce performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital commerce strategies from ideation to testing.
- Analyse data insights to recommend actionable improvements.
- Define customer navigation, learning, and purchasing flows.
- Create and present strategic briefs to align cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate across global time zones with teams in Asia and Europe.
Minimum:
- 6+ years in strategy, customer experience, or customer journey roles.
- E-commerce, checkout, or payments expertise.
Preferred:
- Proven ability to drive business growth through data insights.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Deep knowledge of B2C e-commerce, consumer trends, and conversion optimization.
- Experience in P&L management, fintech, subscriptions, or loyalty programs.
