Amazing opportunity available for a Product Manager to join a fun, friendly team in London. This role is to research, contract and manage our tour operator partners around the world. The role requires creativity, great relationship building, a commercial awareness and a proactive attitude. You will find partners to work with, contract them, acquire their content, and publish on our website at speed. You'll liaise with sales and operations, marketing and technology on a regular basis ensuring we're always promoting the right product to the right people at the right time whilst building long lasting relationships with our partners.The role is fast paced and very much people orientated.The Job:* Take the lead on core product management and contracting.* To source new tour operating partners whose trips meet customer demands.* To negotiate commercial terms and ensure all partners are contracted.* Ensure prices and availability are always competitive.* To continually understand customer demand patterns and market movementswhilst ensuring trips meet the brand and experience levels required.* To help develop trips, destinations and the overall contracting and managementsystems we use.* Researching new partners and identifying those we wish to work with andbuilding a commercial relationship.* Ensure all partners are correctly and accurately contracted.* Maintaining competitive prices and availability across your portfolio.* Assisting with operator updates, invoicing, and pricing.* Sourcing amazing and inspiring media such as images and video content.* Sourcing special offers.* Analysis of booking patterns and determining opportunities.* Reviewing trips within the portfolio and how to obtain further competitiveadvantage.Skills Required:* Minimum three years in a product or contracting role.* Familiar with the touring and adventure market.* An excellent communicator and negotiator.* A good understanding of net rates, commissionable rates, mark ups, mark downsand the various mathematical models used for pricing.* You're well organised and maintain excellent time management.* You can identify great imagery, media and video whilst understanding how topublish to garner customer interest.* To be comfortable with targets.* To be self-sufficient and proactive.* Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Drive management systems.The Package:* Salary of £38,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.* 25 days annual leave plus bank and public holidays.* Company pension scheme.* Travel to various conferences, meet ups and familiarisation trips.* Family and friends' discounts.* Hands-on involvement in growing a company.Interested:* If you would like to apply for the above vacancy please click 'APPLY' or email
