Working for one of the biggest names in technology we are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager who can enable Sales Teams, Partner Organisations and Customers on the products within the ERP platforms. This role is specifically focused on the Finance & Operations product.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the concept of ERP products, have knowledge around Finance & Operations, have excellent presentation skills and be confident and experienced with public speaking. As part of this role, you will speaking at events and webinars on a weekly basis, providing demos of the product and communicating the value of why these products are important for customers. Role Overview:The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy for Finance and Operations (F&O) solutions. This includes developing and executing marketing plans, managing product launches, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful market penetration. You will be the SME for the ERP solutions across Finance & Operations and HR and will need to have this previous knowledge. Key Responsibilities:Market Analysis: Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.Strategy Development: Creating and implementing go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.Collaboration: Working closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution.Customer Engagement: Engaging with customers to understand their needs and feedback, and incorporating this into the go-to-market plans.Performance Tracking: Monitoring and analyzing the performance of go-to-market initiatives and making data-driven adjustments as needed.

This is a public facing role, so it is essential that you are able to put presentations together and present at live events and webinars directly to the customers and partner community and communicate the value of why these products are important for customers. There will be approx. 1 - 2 public presentations per month as well as 3 - 4 digital webinars. Ideal skills and experience required:

  • Must have strong understanding of Finance and Operations solutions - be able to talk about the value of the product and the roadmap of it; to raise a profile and awareness of the products and talk about the company vision.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Candidate will have go to market or product marketing background and being able to talk with authority about finance Operation tools
  • Be a natural communicator, highly articulate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
