Product Marketing Manager  Location: UK, LondonLength: 14 monthsRate: £246.16 - £375.84 p/h (Inside IRD35)Hours: 40 hours per week Summary:The EU Advertising Team is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to support the Advertising in the EU and to help us translate advertiser needs into actionable results. This person will be responsible for scaling the brand sponsorships program in the EU, leading the strategic development and operational execution of the program to drive premium brand partnerships for video titles. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires close partnership across Content Marketing, PR, Product Management, Advertising, Operations, and Our Client MGM Studios. The ideal candidate can think strategically and execute to a high standard, has strong written and verbal communication skills, and is excited to experiment and learn in a data-driven environment, using customer data and insight to shape marketing strategies and execution.Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Shape the strategy for the Video Ads sponsorship program in EU, partnering with global Ads sponsorship leaders, as well as the Advertising strategy and sales teams
  • Develop scalable workflows and approval processes for sourcing titles and title bundles for sponsorships, and developing marketing materials to support sponsorship Go To Market activities, collaborating with relevant stakeholders and Our Client MGM studios teams
  • Drive creative thinking and innovation in the sponsorship offer, including supporting and influencing broader creative innovation and product marketing strategy across the EU Ads product marketing team
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales enablement tools and training materials to support the sales process and drive revenue growth
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and analysis to identify market trends, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, providing valuable insights to shape marketing strategy
  • Identify insights from internal and external market research to refine the EU sponsorships offer, influence the global product roadmap, and optimize the content, product, and packaging offer to ensure market fit
  • Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the sponsorship program and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with creating GTM initiatives at scale
  • Experience guiding creative input, development, and execution from concept to completion
