Product Marketing Manager Location: London, Brock Street (3 days onsite)Length: 4 months with possibility of extensionRate: From £58.65 p/h (Inside IR35)Hours: 40 hoursOverviewWe're looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll act as the bridge between product, marketing, and sales — shaping how our products are positioned in the market, how we launch new features, and how we drive adoption and growth.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with our target audience
  • Plan and execute product launches, working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and identify opportunities
  • Build and maintain buyer personas to guide content creation, campaigns, and sales enablement
  • Collaborate with demand generation to create product-focused campaigns that drive awareness and acquisition
  • Develop sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and training content
  • Partner with Product to influence roadmap with customer insights and market trends
  • Track and analyse product performance, customer adoption, and feedback to continuously improve marketing efforts
Tasks:
  • Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, and qualitative feedback, and represent the requirements of the market internally with Product Management and Engineering
  • Deeply understand advertiser needs/requirements and product risk areas to prioritize recommendations to product, engineering, and design teams for new and existing products
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across that build new innovative solutions for advertisers to ensure that products and solutions are incorporated into the platform in a consistent and strategic manner
  • Ensure the right level of alignment, consistency and flexibility in approach across regional and vertical teams, with the goal of scaling impact while meeting market-specific needs
  • Own go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of ad products and solutions by guiding cross-functional teams in developing client communications, product documentation, and positioning
Experience/Qualifications:
  • Product Marketing Manager with 10+ years professional experience in technology or internet technology, strategic marketing, product management, management consulting
  • AdTech experience, experience using deductive reasoning to simplify and communicate complex issues
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams with the experience to influence behavior and drive resolution in the context of competing perspectives
  • Organization and people skills and experience in setting priorities, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and working independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
  • Retail background
