An incredible opportunity for a highly innovative and analytical Project Manager to lead across business planning and strategy for globally established music and entertainment business.

Reporting to the EVP Transformation and SVP, Strategy & Operations, your main responsibility will be to ensure seamless collaboration among internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and ensure that deliverables exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Planning and Strategy: Develop and execute detailed project plans, outlining project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones. Devise strategies for effective communication and collaboration among diverse stakeholders
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with c-suite as well as internal cross-functional teams e.g. marketing, transformation, finance, People team
  • Project Execution: Direct daily management of project activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Problem-Solving & Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address potential risks or bottlenecks that could hinder project success. Develop and implement contingency plans

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in project or program management, ideally in a multi-territory media or entertainment. Experience in the music industry is a bonus but not essential
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
