Project Manager - CRM/ERP

Outside IR35 - Hybrid 2-3 days onsite

We are seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully deploying ERP and CRM systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing end-to-end implementations, with the ability to oversee complex digital projects, including e-commerce platforms and websites.

Role requirements:

• Lead the deployment of ERP/CRM systems, ensuring smooth and timely implementation.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring all requirements are captured and met.
• Lead stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating project progress, risks, and any changes in scope.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure project goals align with business objectives.
• Utilize standard project management tools such as MS Project (or equivalent) to track and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Ensure that customer relationship management and digital marketing goals are integrated into the project strategy.

• Essential:
  • Demonstrable experience in managing ERP and CRM software deployments.
  • Strong project management experience with tools like MS Project or similar platforms.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, including leading meetings and handling conflicting priorities.
  • Strong background in requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience with customer relationship management and digital marketing projects.
• Highly Desirable:
  • Experience managing the deployment of HubSpot.
  • Experience managing website development projects.
  • Experience managing e-commerce project deployments.
  • Experience leading stakeholder meetings and navigating multiple stakeholder interests.
