A key client of ours, an absolutely iconic brand are looking for an experienced freelance Project Manager, who is a confident self-starter, consistently high-performing and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable with a broad range of responsibilities, able to find solutions to ambiguous problems, be resourceful and bring positivity and humility to the work environment.
This is a mid-level role tasked with supporting the companies B2B Marketing function in the build up to a number of live events. As Project Manager you will help with the management and execution of key workstreams across multiple marketing and event projects delivering this year and early next.
Project Manager's key responsibilities
- Support the wider team in the delivery of marketing activity across multiple channels: events and client engagement, marketing communications and industry partnerships.
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, keeping them updated on project progression and implementing feedback in an effective and timely manner.
- Keep all project plans up-to-date and provide clear reporting on key workstreams to Project and Team Leads as required.
- Ensure all work is delivered in line with business process and policy.
To be successful in this role the Project Manager will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in marketing and event management.
- Experience working directly with clients and third-party suppliers.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across all levels of the business
- Track record of delivering workstreams on time and to budget.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills.
- Pragmatic and optimistic, positive attitude with a strong bias for action.
