As we scale our retail display programs across the UK and Europe, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of retail experiences for Our Client and make a significant impact across key global markets.Role OverviewAs a Project Manager, you will play a central role in supporting the planning, design, production, and implementation of retail display programs across the UK and Europe. You will act as the key liaison between internal cross-functional teams, external partners, and retailers, ensuring the successful execution of retail experiences that align with our long-term goals. This role offers significant growth potential as Our Client continues to introduce groundbreaking technology and create new categories.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in delivering design, campaign, and technical elements for retail experiences and long-term furniture programs
  • Support temporary pop-up design and production activities, ensuring these campaigns evolve and scale over the coming years
  • Maintain project documents and trackers to ensure strong project discipline, driving on-time delivery across multiple stakeholders
  • Act as a liaison between global fixture vendor partners, graphic companies, Channel Marketing managers, Creative, and Marketing teams to resolve any asset-related issues
  • Use internal tools to manage payment activities and ensure spend tracking is accurate and up-to-date
  • Generate and track Purchase Orders (POs) through internal systems, ensuring proper documentation and compliance
  • Contribute to internal process development aimed at increasing efficiency across project activities
  • Organize and facilitate weekly vendor partner conference calls to track progress, ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Be proactive in learning and stepping in to support the broader team as needed
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in retail physical project management within large organizations or a related field
  • Strong experience working with retail partners and a solid understanding of retail fixture production and implementation
  • Proven ability to create and maintain project trackers across multiple programs and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Docs/Sheets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect inconsistencies and errors
  • Experience in managing budgets and tracking financials
  • Highly effective at managing conflicts, and maintaining positive team dynamics consistent with Our Client's values
  • Strong interpersonal skills; approachable, flexible, and positive
  • Ability to navigate diverse organizational environments and cultures
