- Assist in delivering design, campaign, and technical elements for retail experiences and long-term furniture programs
- Support temporary pop-up design and production activities, ensuring these campaigns evolve and scale over the coming years
- Maintain project documents and trackers to ensure strong project discipline, driving on-time delivery across multiple stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between global fixture vendor partners, graphic companies, Channel Marketing managers, Creative, and Marketing teams to resolve any asset-related issues
- Use internal tools to manage payment activities and ensure spend tracking is accurate and up-to-date
- Generate and track Purchase Orders (POs) through internal systems, ensuring proper documentation and compliance
- Contribute to internal process development aimed at increasing efficiency across project activities
- Organize and facilitate weekly vendor partner conference calls to track progress, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Be proactive in learning and stepping in to support the broader team as needed
- 3+ years of relevant experience in retail physical project management within large organizations or a related field
- Strong experience working with retail partners and a solid understanding of retail fixture production and implementation
- Proven ability to create and maintain project trackers across multiple programs and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Docs/Sheets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect inconsistencies and errors
- Experience in managing budgets and tracking financials
