Are you passionate about Reefer & Healthcare in Sea Logistics ? Our client are seeking a dynamic professional to take on a customer-facing role and join their team in UK.

Your Role
As our Reefer and Healthcare Route Development Manager, you'll collaborate closely with Sales and Operations, driving growth by bringing in new business and maintaining existing relationships. Your expertise will encompass all aspects of the reefer product, making you the go-to subject matter expert. Plus, you'll have the exciting opportunity to promote and develop our clients UK presence through constant interaction with key overseas partners, including regular travel to respective territories. This role can be based in any of our clients locations in the UK

Your Responsibilities
- Business development of reefer Sea logistics- collaborate with all levels of the sales organisation on key opportunities;
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve growth targets in Reefer Sea Logistics;
- Aim for a targeted number of client visits each month;
- Foster and maintain relationships with overseas partners, including pipeline development and lead creation;
- Conduct regular reviews of market sector strategy, new business opportunity and value creation, inclusive of working closely with the Global team to ensure agreed targets are achieved;
- Engage closely with the Pharma team, delivering customized solutions;
- Ensure effective implementation of key client requirements, linking them to operational success.

Your Skills and Experiences :
- Strong business development experience;
- Knowledge of sea logistics and the Reefer products;
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Good communication skills at all levels (verbal, written and presentation);
- Strengths in building relationships across customer, industry sectors and operational functions;
- Innovator; experience in creating value based propositions and new ways of working to delight customer experience and deliver ROI value to the company;
- Experience of gathering and interpreting business needs and offering suitable solutions;
- Full driver's license with flexibility to travel nationally and overseas.
