Area to be covered: South (ideally based London & South East)
Remuneration: £55,000 + £20,000 bonusBenefits: Mercedes C-Class / BMW equivalent company car & comprehensive benefits packageThe role of the Regional Sales Manager - Roof & Gutter Refurbishment Systems will involve:
- Technical Regional Sales Manager sales position selling a high quality range of roofing & guttering systems / coatings
- Working on predominantly refurbishment projects within both the industrial and commercial
- Majority of your time will be focused on selling to national & local building surveyors, architects, building owner or FM companies
- The remaining portion of your time will be spend selling directly to / offering technical support to roofing installers and contractors
- Dealing with order values ranging from £5k-£300k+
- Contributing to a team turnover of circa £15m
- Provide in depth technical support and advice on site
The ideal applicant will be an Regional Sales Manager - Roofing & Guttering Systems with:
- Must have sold a technical related product range
- Must have experience selling to national & local building surveyors, architects, building owner or FM companies, roofing installers and roofing contractors
- Would consider a technical guru with no field sales
- Must have experience working on refurbishment projects
- Ideally have construction site experience
- Ability to hunt for new projects whilst also building and retaining relationships along the way
- Ability to sell a technical solution rather than on price
