Sonic Summary

Our client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager with a basic salary ranging from £35k to £40k, plus an OTE of £60k to £70k.
The role requires previous sales experience and knowledge of the construction industry.
Candidates must possess a valid driving license and have the ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
The position offers 25 days of annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, along with a contributory pension scheme and company car.
Work hours are from 08:30 to 17:30, and the role involves home-based and territory duties.

Our client is looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join their successful team.

£35k - £40k basic salary
OTE £60k - £70k
25 days + 8 days bank holidays

Duties Include:

To actively promote and sell the companies range of roofing products to the construction industry including Specifiers, House builders, LA’s, HA’s, Distributors and Contractors.
Generating product specifications and track through to completion
Conduct CPD educational presentations to Construction Professionals
Working toward the area via maximising existing business and targeting new.
To support the customer base both technically and commercially on new and existing projects

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous sales experience is essential
Knowledge of the Construction industry is required
Driving Licence essential
Aptitude to read and understand Architectural drawings
Good and professional communication skills - oral & written
Ability to operate as and work as part of the team as well as working autonomously
Proficiency to discuss range of products and applications to construction professionals
