Key Responsibilities
As a Regional Sales Manager, your in-depth knowledge of lifting products will help you:
- Develop business opportunities by identifying hire, sales, and service prospects for lifting equipment.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on product applications and tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to:
- Proactively contact new and existing customers in the lifting industry.
- Identify and distribute qualified leads to the sales team.
- Analyze customer performance and competitor activity to identify trends.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with all customer interactions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct follow-ups on quotes and contracts, ensuring a seamless customer journey from inquiry to completion.
- Collaborate with branch managers to execute regional and national growth strategies.
- Support social media and marketing campaigns to raise awareness of lifting products and services.
Daily Activities Include
- Researching customer needs and uncovering opportunities to provide tailored lifting solutions.
- Preparing pricing documentation and following up with customers to convert inquiries into sales.
- Reactivating dormant accounts and maintaining strong relationships with current customers.
- Monitoring contracts and supporting the team to ensure all business opportunities are maximized.

- Proven sales experience, preferably within the lifting equipment industry or related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of lifting products, their applications, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
