Regional Sales Manager
- Annual Salary: £50,000 plus quarterly commissions (approx. £15k to £20k per annum, Capped a £40k) plus Car Allowance, Phone and Internet allowance, Company Pension, Private Medical Insurance, Benefit hub plus more

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and experienced sales professional to manage and expand customer accounts within a dedicated territory in the UK.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Maintain full accountability for all customer accounts within your specific region.
- Identify and target key accounts in line with the company's sales objectives.
- Regularly attend prearranged appointments at both new and existing customer premises to develop business.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions across the territory either as an exhibitor or delegate.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to customer groups about the company and its products.
- Liaise with the engineering and R&D departments at the UK head office to support customer orders and enquiries.
- Contribute to internal group sessions with ideas and actions to further the business.
- Provide regular sales activity reports to the VP of Sales for Europe.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in the telecommunications industry, specifically in radio communication, mobile network-IoT, or electronic-electrical sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer accounts and create new business in the B2B market, both over the phone and face-to-face.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Excellent writing, communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a sales team in an SME environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possession of a full clean driving licence.
