A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Operations Manager to oversee the customer journey and operational excellence across its developments. This pivotal role ensures world-class service delivery, from exchange to completion, while managing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and mentor a team of Customer Relations Executives to deliver exceptional service.
  • Customer Experience: Oversee the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a 5-star standard and achieving high NPS scores.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage operational processes, including staff rotas, Salesforce updates, and customer selections/upgrades tracking.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Act as a liaison between internal teams, legal progression, and customers to ensure smooth operations and a personalised service.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality checks to maintain site presentation standards and collaborate with the pre-development team on sales environments.
  • Reporting: Provide detailed reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and board-level) and attend regular meetings to review progression, completions, and operations.

Key Attributes:

  • At least three years of experience managing teams in a new build sales environment.
