As the Relationship Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage relationships and oversee finances and to place them into good causes for youth employment. You will manage the relationships, oversee the grants and have good interpersonal skills.

As a Relationships Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting Youth Futures Foundation's Connected Futures program by working closely with up to three local partnerships. You'll:

  • Build and nurture relationships with key partners, new allies, and other funders to strengthen local collaborations.
  • Guide partnerships through the development of systemic solutions that address the barriers young people face in accessing employment.
  • Accompany partnerships through challenges and progress, ensuring a "whole system" approach and helping to develop sustainable solutions.
  • Provide valuable insights to Youth Futures by analyzing local contexts, identifying opportunities, and sharing strategic learning across teams.
  • Lead on grant management, ensuring compliance and supporting the allocation of funds to maximize impact.
  • Drive systemic change, supporting youth voice and involvement in decision-making, while championing innovative models that influence wider policy and practice.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a candidate who excels in relationship management and is passionate about systemic change. You should have:

  • Experience building and managing partnerships, ideally in the not-for-profit or public sectors.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage collaborations, even in complex or challenging situations.
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to assess long-term potential, manage grants, and ensure project success.
  • Familiarity with youth employment or related fields, with a focus on working with disadvantaged young people.
  • Strong skills in collaborative problem-solving, understanding systemic issues, and facilitating coalitions of action.
