Sterling Williams are working alongside an International Banking institution in their search for a new permanent Relationship Manager with a focus on Real Estate Lending.

The role holder is primarily responsible for driving profitable volume growth through value added sales and service of Commercial / SME customers. They will target and manage an assigned portfolio of customers within the commercial credit business areas. The key challenge in this role is to manage both existing and grow new corporate portfolios and to read early warning signs that could affect the portfolio health. Alongside the day to day responsibilities of managing credit renewals, ensuring EDD is completed, you will also support other RMs and Relationship Support teams with complex credit case enquiries as an SME and support the Head with MI.

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years experience in a Relationship Management function from the Banking sector
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications
  • In depth product knowledge - Real Estate Lending - and extensive customer services and relationship management capabilities
  • Supervisory/Line Management experience.
  • Strong understanding of the UK Regulatory environment and adherence to bank policy.
