Main responsibilities of role:

  • Manage own portfolio of customers meeting retention, growth and income goals.
  • Adherence to the company and Bank standards in respect of all risks including credit, operational and regulatory risk.
  • Analyse financial and non-financial information as part of ongoing customer assessment process and ensure appropriate action is taken when required.
  • Assess, prepare and submit credit applications for overpayments and annual customer reviews, ensuring appropriate commentary and analysis to aid decision making.
  • Monitor customer portfolio and act as necessary to manage within acceptable risk while ensuring quality account management.
  • Maintain delivery of a high-quality service to customers.
  • Understand the company and the wider Bank’s products and services, and proactively identify and action sales opportunities in order to best meet customer needs.
  • Build knowledge and understanding of relevant markets and customers in order to help assessment of customer needs.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key internal stakeholders, notably within Operations, Sales and Risk functions, to enhance customer satisfaction, risk management and company growth.
  • Ensure that customer portfolio is fully compliant with the Bank’s AML policies and procedures.
