We're pleased to be working exclusively with our innovative client based in London, who are looking for a Revenue Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This will be a hybrid working role with 2 days in the office a week.

This job would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering results against targets to be responsible for managing pricing and yielding tactics across a cluster of properties.

This innovative hospitality business offers a distinctive and immersive experience in some of the UK's most dynamic urban centers.

The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years' experience as a revenue manager ideally within the hotel or serviced apartment industry and will be able to create strategies to drive conversion on direct and third-party channels as well as pricing and inventory management. They will have experience with channel manager, pricing tool and hotel PMS is preferred.

Job responsibilities:

  • Supporting, implementing and reviewing pricing strategies.
  • Business reporting to measure performance for all top line revenue metrics (pick up reports, pace reports, month end reports)
  • Setting up strategic initiatives on direct and third-party channels.
  • Company and channel reporting, this include creating ad-hoc and recurring reports, identifying successes and areas for improvement.
  • Portfolio analysis and management of committed inventory
  • Identify areas of opportunities and risks within pricing and inventory management that subsequently add top-line value to the properties total revenue performance.
  • Be responsible for the accuracy integrity of all commercial forecasting, reporting, analysis, and evaluation of properties performance in all Commercial KPIs.
