Totum Partners is delighted to work with a leading law firm that is recruiting for a Revenue Manager to manage the billing, credit control team, and WIP.

The ideal Revenue Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage team of Billers, Revenue Controllers.
  • Collaborate with practice heads for fee recording and address financial risks.
  • Support team challenges and ensure WIP Days meet targets.
  • Provide monthly billing forecasts and WIP reports.
  • Ensure excellent service, meet billing SLAs, and ensure prompt bill delivery.
  • Handle billing queries and support process improvements.
  • Adhere to collections policy, achieve Cash Collection Targets, and manage Debt Days.
  • Lead debtors and provide cash collection forecasts.
  • Review and refine processes, develop a valuable team, and mentor situations.
  • Maintain policies, meet internal client SLAs, and educate on Revenue management.

The ideal Revenue Manager will have the following:

  • Strong leadership and motivational skills for a target-driven environment.
  • Experienced revenue manager with technical knowledge of billing, ebilling, VAT, and disbursements.
  • Skilled in negotiation and influencing with internal and external clients.
  • Excellent at stakeholder management, building rapport and trust.
  • Professional and positive communicator, prioritising client needs.
  • Innovative thinker with a record of successful process changes.
