Based in London, our international client is looking for a Revenue Manager to join their team. This is a permanent position, primarily office-based, with the potential to work from home one day a week in the future.

This position would suit an experienced Revenue Manager, ideally with a background in lifestyle hotels or similar environment. Experience managing revenue for properties with 200+ rooms would be highly advantageous.

The successful candidate will have experience with forecasting, budgeting, and optimising revenue across multiple channels and segments. They must have the ability to analyse demand profiles and identify opportunities for maximising revenue performance (RevPAR, RevPAM, TRevPAR). Experience in pre-opening is highly desirable as you will play a critical role in setting up strategies and processes for long-term success. Excellent communication skills are essential to be able to communicate revenue management strategies clearly across different teams and regions.

Job responsibilities:

  • Optimise demand from all revenue streams, segments and channels based on total revenue and profit generation.
  • Assess the various demand profiles across each day of the year, identifying risk and opportunities to maximise RevPAR, RevPAM and TRevPAR.
  • Co-ordinate activities with Sales, Brand Marketing & Digital Marketing, M&E Sales and M&E Planning & Hotel Operations to define, implement and measure all commercial strategies.
  • Understand and communicate our Revenue Management philosophies as they pertain to brand and/or geographic strategies (UK/Europe).
  • Have an innovative approach towards business development and creating long-term value for the business from our guests, markets and relationships.
  • Provide cross-regional support and/or training when required.
