Based in London, our client is a well-known hotel group looking for a Revenue Manager to join their team on a permanent hybrid working basis.This person must have eligibility to work in the UK.

This job would suit an experienced revenue manager, ideally with a solid branded hotel background, who is confident in stakeholder management and analytical decision-making.

The hotel is part of a recognised hotel group with an excellent reputation offering the chance manage a newly opened hotel and seek ways to strengthen the on-property team.

The successful individual will have experience managing a complex segmentation business model, overseeing group inventory, and maximising transient performance across direct and OTA channels. They should be able to demonstrate successful revenue strategies that have exceeded market share expectations. Strong skills in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, including preparing weekly, monthly, and annual commentaries for ownership. Experience with IDeaS RMS and Opera PMS would be highly beneficial.

Duties will include:

  • Maximise overall hotel revenue for rooms and food and beverage through the implementation of effective pricing and distribution strategies for the hotel.
  • Out-perform direct competitors by winning market shares with rational and competitive pricing, distribution strategy backed by targeted marketing, and careful management hotel inventory to maximise topline revenue and yield high net profits.
  • Manage and oversee revenue management analytic functions to produce reporting that support and evaluate hotel business strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support sales and marketing initiatives that are targeted to meet the needs of the hotel.
  • Produce accurate revenue forecasts that help set hotel goals and outgrow the competition.
  • Display leadership qualities that mentor, develop, and guide hotel team members such as revenue analysts and managers.
