Your new company

A leading global commerce platform, powering businesses worldwide, seeks a talented RevOps Manager to own and drive initiatives across EMEA. Be a key member of the regional leadership, shaping strategy, leveraging data, and empowering go-to-market teams for sustainable growth and efficiency.

Your new role

  • Identify and drive revenue, churn, and cost optimisation.
  • Enable regional team success through effective tools, systems (Salesforce, Outreach), and processes.
  • Build reporting and tooling requirements.
  • Represent RevOps in regional projects.
  • Contribute to regional forecasting and capacity planning.
  • Translate data into actionable strategies with leadership.
  • Provide feedback on marketing materials.
  • Build business models for strategic initiatives.
  • Operationalise new functions within the go-to-market org.
  • Collaborate on global RevOps initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong analytical skills in sales funnels and team performance.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement performance improvement initiatives.
  • Experience creating process improvements for efficient sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in identifying system (Salesforce, Outreach) improvements and creating requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills (manager to VP level).
