As the Sales Revenue Planner, your main responsibilities will include:
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities within the telesales sector.
- Sales Forecasting: Develop precise sales forecasts and operational reports to guide telesales strategies.
- Lead Management: Monitor and analyse lead generation and conversion rates to optimise telesales efforts.
- Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted telesales campaigns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with telesales representatives, marketing, and operations teams to align strategies and achieve revenue goals.
- Problem-Solving: Identify potential challenges in the telesales process and implement effective solutions.
Profile
The successful Sales Revenue Planner, will have the following:
- Proven experience in telesales planning, forecasting, and market analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in outbound sales preferable.
- Experience of selling into or on behalf of real estate clients would be very beneficial.
