A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven and talented Business Development/Sales Manager to join a growing recruitment tech company! The role is UK based and remote but will require someone to be a self starter and determined to succeed as it is a stand alone role! The role is offering from £45-60k DOE, with OTE £100K.WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Research key accounts and manage relationships
  • Generate new sales opportunities.
  • Build communication styles to engage potential clients.
  • Generate high-quality leads.
  • Attend industry events and conferences.
  • Provide key administrative support, including taking meeting notes and closing deals.
WHO YOU ARE: A self-starter with a passion for building relationships and a knack for sales. You are ready to take on the challenge of exceeding targets.Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field within a recruitment agency, ideally specialising in tech!
  • Knowledge of the European or U.S. markets.
  • Confident in engaging with senior executives and building lasting client relationships.
  • Strong time management and top organisation!
  • Proactive, adaptable, and happy working in a stand alone role.
