Carter Murray are partnering with a leading Distribution & Logistics brand based in West London who are seeking to add an experienced Sales & Operations Manager to their growing office based team after a merger.

This role has been created to lead and manage the sales team, drive revenue growth and ensure the achievement of sales targets while also managing to development of the sales team. You will also play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operational management within the business, acting a point of contact between other managers and the sales team. Reporting to the Group Managing Director, you'll support them across strategy, change management and business efficiency projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

General Management:

路Oversee day-to-day operational activity, ensuring efficiency between departments.

路Act as a point of contact for managers within the Company, to offer advice, support and answer general queries

Sales Team Leadership and Management:

路Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and foster professional growth.

路Recruit, train, and develop sales staff, ensuring the team is equipped to meet sales objectives.

路Set clear individual and team goals, regularly evaluating performance and providing constructive feedback.

Strategic Sales Planning:

路Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

路Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the entertainment lighting sector.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

路Monitor and analyse sales metrics to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.

路Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

路Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and outcomes.
