Vendor Development Manager - FMCG (Import/Export)

West London - 5 days a week

up to £60,000 + comms equity

Salt are excited to be partnered with a cutting edge technology driven FMCG supplier. Using data coding they are the market maker of import/export for online retail. In this role you will help the business identify suppliers and customers. Success in the first year would be to generate 6-10 functioning accounts for the brand. Additionally, you will have strong analytical skillset and have a natural inquisitive side for data and coding.

Role and Responsibilities

* Experience sourcing and managing vendors across the UK, EU and MENA.

* Negotiate and onboard these partners and educate the on the brand.

* Negotiate contracts and rate cards.

* Manage all escalations and take ownership of all major incidents and effectively communicate to all stakeholders.

* Help create a brand and community to make our experts feel like they are part of something bigger.
