Camden Council are currently looking for an experienced Leasehold Services Officer / Sales and Assignment Officer to join their team on a contracted basis.

Main Duties:

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and review of Home Ownership policies, procedures, and service improvement plans, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices.
  • Coordinate and monitor the performance of the Home Ownership Team, lead inter-departmental working groups, and manage RTB application processes and service charge calculations.
  • Provide policy advice on leasehold and RTB matters, ensuring accurate and timely information is shared with internal and external stakeholders, and support customer involvement opportunities.
  • Address customer feedback, complaints, and service delivery improvements, while promoting customer-focused services and attending meetings with residents.

The Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience in policy development and leasehold management, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices related to Home Ownership and Right to Buy services.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate teams, monitor performance, and effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
