This is a pivotal leadership role that requires an experienced sales individual with a strong track record in B2B sales, business development and client relationship management within the commercial cleaning or facilities management industry. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting key industries and high-value clients

Lead the sales team in prospecting, pitching and closing new contracts with businesses requiring commercial cleaning services

Set and achieve aggressive sales targets, ensuring consistent business growth

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Understand client needs and provide tailored cleaning service solutions that add value to their operations

Conduct regular client reviews, ensuring service excellence and identifying opportunities for service expansion

Recruit, train and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and mentorship

Set clear KPIs, sales targets and performance metrics to drive team success

Foster a culture of accountability, motivation and continuous improvement within the sales team
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Director, Head of Sales or Business Development Director in the commercial cleaning or facilities management sector

A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth

Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing successful sales teams
