A leading organisation in HR and people development is expanding its Employer Solutions division and seeking a dynamic UK Regional Head of Employer Solutions. With ambitious plans to scale revenue from £7M to £12M by 2028, this role is crucial in leading a high-performing sales team, engaging with C-suite decision-makers, shaping the company’s strategic approach to organisational partnerships. As the UK Regional Head of Employer Solutions, you will take ownership of a growing sales team, coaching and mentoring them to exceed revenue and client engagement targets. You will work closely with HR Directors, CEOs, and senior business leaders, positioning the organisation as a trusted partner in HR transformation. Your expertise in consultative selling will help drive long-term partnerships, ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions that enhance organisational success.

We are looking for a commercially astute, proven results-driven sales leader with a strong background in consultative B2B sales. You should have experience managing high-value accounts, influencing C-suite stakeholders, and leading teams within professional services, HR, membership organisations, or similar sectors. A passion for coaching, strategic relationship building, and delivering tangible business outcomes is essential.
