Sales Executive - Aesthetics Training - UK Remote Working - £29k - £45k (OTE)

We’re on the hunt for a results focused, proactive Sales Executive, with excellent communication skills, to join an international aesthetic training academy on a remote working basis.

This is a great opportunity to join a well established organisation with further international growth plans, where there will be real opportunity for career progression.

The role requires following up warm leads, guiding delegates through the training course offered and converting enquiries from individuals and organisations into bookings, it does not require cold calling.

What’s on offer:

This role is working Monday to Friday, on 8 hour shifts between 9.30am and 7pm, plus 1 Saturday in 3 (with a weekday off in lieu). Our client is offering a competitive basic of £29k + realistic and achievable commission, based on team and individual sales targets.

The role of Sales Executive will include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound enquiries to potential training delegates
  • Providing a professional, informative and consultative service
  • Identifying customer needs, clarifying options and providing tailored solutions
  • Offering guidance on course selection dates and career progression opportunities
  • Actively up-selling products when applicable
  • Ensuring effective communication with delegates at all times
  • Maintaining all relevant documentation and accurate records
  • Working with Marketing and Senior Management to uphold the company’s brand

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a telephone based sales / customer service role
  • Experience working within the aesthetics/beauty industry or education industry is sought in the first instance
  • Demonstrable success in a warm sales environment and a strong track record of achieving / over-achieving targets
  • Results driven and target motivated
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise professionally at all levels
  • Clear, articulate and eloquent telephone manner
  • Active listening skills
  • Confident, supportive and proactive nature
  • Diligent and proactive nature
  • IT literate with experience using databases / CRMs and MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
