This is a dynamic, consultative role where you'll work directly with the Sales Director to identify, target, prospect, and close new business across a designated territory. If you're a self-starter with experience in high-volume sales, you are the right fit!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond quickly and efficiently to assigned leads and new business opportunities.
  • Prospect, meet KPIs, and book meetings with named accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute demand-generation campaigns.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct engaging, customer-focused sales presentations and demos via web-conference.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaires.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience ideally in SaaS space.
  • Proven track record in demand generation, pipeline building, and closing deals.
  • Strong questioning and listening skills to identify client needs and present solutions.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Creative, innovative thinking with excellent communication and presentation skills.
