As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our client's annual occupancy and rental income targets. Working as part of a dynamic central sales team for student housing, you will be responsible for managing inbound booking inquiries for properties across a growing portfolio in London. With the support of a robust and well-established brand that attracts high demand, you will engage with potential customers through various communication channels including phone, live chat, email, web inquiries, and messaging services such as WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence:

  • While your main goal is to drive sales, you will also serve as an integral part of the customer experience. Prospective customers will require detailed information about our properties, rooms, and services. You will provide them with this information and guide them through the booking process.

Revenue Generation:

  • Drive revenue growth by effectively engaging with customers and identifying opportunities to upsell additional services or features.
  • Take a structured, organized approach to managing leads and following up to convert interest into bookings.
  • Communicate in a friendly, relatable, and professional manner across all digital channels such as live chat, email, and social media platforms.

Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, logging all interactions with leads and prospects.
  • Provide valuable feedback on why certain bookings were not completed, allowing us to identify areas for improvement.

A background in Real Estate or Property is desirable
