Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join their team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling the apprenticeship programs to businesses and organizations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of the company while making a positive impact on workforce development.

As a Sales Executive for Apprenticeships, you will be responsible for promoting, selling, and managing apprenticeship programs offered by the organization. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying prospective clients, building relationships, and closing deals. This position requires a strong understanding of apprenticeship programs, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven approach.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the specific requirements and challenges of potential clients
  • Present apprenticeship program offerings to clients in a compelling and persuasive manner, highlighting the benefits and value proposition
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including program managers and training coordinators, to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of apprenticeship programs
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, including pricing, payment schedules, and service level agreements
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management, outlining progress towards targets and key performance indicators
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients to ensure a positive experience and maximize retention rates
  • Continuously seek feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and enhance the quality of services provided

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the education or training industry
  • Strong understanding of apprenticeship programs, vocational training, and workforce development initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, influencers, and decision-makers at all levels of an organization
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and generate reports
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals effectively
