We’re working with a well-established organisation offering award-winning training to high-level professionals across the legal and expert witness sector.

Due to continued growth and a fresh push on outbound sales, they’re looking to appoint a consultative Sales Executive to join their high-performing team. The business is investing in proactive business development to complement strong inbound marketing activity and deliver sustained revenue growth. This is a 360° sales role where no two days are the same. You'll be driving outbound campaigns, engaging senior professionals, and converting warm leads into long-term customers. Success means building strong relationships, closing deals between £2,000 and £20,000, and becoming a trusted advisor in a specialist, regulated market. You’ll also be supported with marketing activity, CRM tools, and collaboration from a cross-functional team—all helping you build your pipeline and hit your targets.

You’ll need to be a self-starter with experience in B2C and B2B sales, ideally in education, training, legal or professional services. You’re confident making outbound calls, asking the right questions, and adapting your approach to different decision-makers. The ability to manage the full sales cycle is key—alongside solid communication, organisation and commercial awareness. Experience in a consultative selling environment will set you apart, as will a genuine interest in training, compliance or legal sectors.
